Voice of CCNU In a desperate bid to build positive documentary culture and promote the students’ environment where they study, a documentary festival hosted by the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, was unveiled. On the afternoon of May 19, Chen Xiaoyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Artificial Intelligence Education, Wang Rui, their counselor, Song Chenhong, and the student judging panel visited the dormitories selected for the final round.
Chen Xiaoyu and his team conversed heartily with these students, asking them about their recent thoughts, mental health, and living conditions, and patiently answering the questions they raised. They also reminded the students to pay attention to their health, keep the dormitory clean and hygienic, strictly comply with the campus management requirements during the epidemic prevention and control period, and do a good job of self-management and personal protection under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, maintain a positive mental state, and create a safe and orderly campus environment together with all the staff.
During the visit, the judging panel carefully scrutinized the living facilities, cleanliness level, and electricity safety. They then scored them comprehensively in terms of novelty, distinctiveness, diligence, and frugality.
Chen listened carefully to the students' dormitory inscriptions and designs, fully affirmed the students' enthusiasm for building dormitory culture, and greatly appreciated the students' performance in building it by giving full play to their professional strengths and interests. During the face-to-face conversation with the students, Chen also carefully inquired about the students' academic situation, encouraged the dormitory members to learn from each other, and create a positive and enterprising dormitory culture together. He then urged the students to enhance their awareness of electrical safety, and keep the dormitory diligently ventilated and disinfected.
This visit not only promote the exchange between teachers and students, but also enhanced the friendship between them. The warm care from the school has shown the sincere concern and positive appearance of students. This festival motivated students to make use of their strengths to build up a warmer documentary to be home together.
