The "six and one" work deployment for counselors is the integration of counselors' daily work. Before this, counselors in many colleges carried out their work in this way. Teacher Wu's afternoon tea activity is targeted at grade students, and is held in every semester concerning general talk. As for key students, as they come, the talk will begin anytime. On the basis of previous research, as for the groups concerning students who take postgraduate entrance examination, students with exemption of examinations, students who study abroad, students who will take the employment and so on, the school carried out the classified guidance combined with "outstanding graduates sharing conference" to solve these problems. All actions school does is aimed at starting employment guidance and service work in advance.
