Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education 2022 graduate employment guidance exchange meeting was successfully carried out


To help fresh graduates relieve the pressure of graduation employment, solve employment problems, establish correct employment concepts, broaden employment channels for fresh graduates and further deepen the cooperation mode between the university and enterprises, the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education held an employment guidance exchange meeting for all 2022 graduates in N207 of South Lake Complex Building on April 10. Chen Xiaoyu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education, Zhang Fan, employment guidance supervisor of the Employment Department of CCNU, Wang Pan, graduate counselor and Wang Shuang, undergraduate counselor of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education attended the meeting, and Wen Lesheng, deputy secretary of the League Committee of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education, presided over the meeting. The meeting also invited representatives from two enterprises, FiberHome Technologies Group, and Wisdom Tree, to attend this employment guidance exchange meeting, providing graduates with direct offline face-to-face job search opportunities.



Wang Pan, the graduate counselor of the Faculty, introduced the national employment situation to the students and analyzed in detail the employment status of the 2022 graduates of the Faculty, provided targeted employment guidance, and encouraged the graduates to grasp the opportunities bravely and deal with the interviews confidently.



Zhang Fan, the employment guidance supervisor of the Employment Department of CCNU, actively guided the graduates to face up to employment from the perspective of employment concept and job searching and to solve the problem of career choice from the perspective of career happiness.



To accurately solve the employment realities of graduates and provide them with high-quality jobs, the Student Working Group of the Party Committee of the Academic Department also specially contacted the famous enterprises in the industry to carry out on-site recruitment. Hu Xin, the human resource supervisor of FiberHome Technologies Group network output line, and Wu Shenglong, the consultant of WisdomTree Gold Course, introduced the industry profile, enterprise overview, development prospect, enterprise culture, counterpart demand, and school-enterprise cooperation of the two companies respectively for graduates, and opened a channel for real-time resume submission to provide employment opportunities for graduates. The job settings of the two companies were highly fit with the majors of the academic departments, and the graduates who were inspired by the new concept of employment enthusiastically took advantage of this innovative communication platform to have in-depth communication and learning with the two companies.



Deputy Secretary Chen Xiaoyu also advised the graduates after the enterprise presentation, hoping that the graduates would seize the opportunity to actively expand their employment, and expressed his good wishes to the graduates, wishing all the graduates of the 2022 class of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education would be successful in their hearts and find a suitable career.


The employment guidance meeting created a unique "policy lecture + on-site recruitment" graduate innovation and entrepreneurship guidance method, insisting on the combination of theory and practice, inviting employment guidance experts to give on-site lectures and famous enterprises to recruit on-site, not only to provide graduates with guidance and experience but also to provide high-quality employment opportunities. The students participated highly and the on-site consultation was hot. "Under the background of talent integration in the new era, the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education grasped the employment pain points of graduates and pointed out the direction for graduates to get out of campus, develop their careers and realize their career aspirations with the help of the school-enterprise cooperation platform, which strongly expanded the employment work situation of the Department.
