Recently, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is serious, according to the general plan of the school epidemic prevention and control, the School of Music proactively and solidly promote the implementation of student epidemic prevention and control work.
On April 13 and 16, the School of Music held two special meetings on epidemic prevention and control for students, conveying the spirit of the school's epidemic prevention and control-related meetings and documents, proactively deploying, and strictly comparing the implementation requirements. The work was arranged around key personnel mapping and registration, implementation of nucleic acid testing feedback, distribution of epidemic prevention and control materials, campus epidemic prevention and control tips, and guidance on personal precautionary measures.
Each grade level then organized an online roll call, explained the situation of epidemic prevention and control to the students, conveyed the relevant requirements, and re-emphasized the requirements of not leaving school unless necessary, good personal protection, not gathering, and wearing masks. After the meeting, each grade organized the distribution of masks and other protective materials to each student.
On April 17, Chen Xiaogang, deputy secretary of the party committee of the School of Music, and counselors of each year went to the students' dormitories to understand the students' situation at school and carry out epidemic prevention and control propaganda. In order to strengthen students' awareness of epidemic prevention and control, the college specially produced epidemic prevention and control tips posters. The counselors of each grade combined with dormitory inspections to understand the students' study and living conditions, carry out publicity on epidemic prevention and control knowledge, and put up posters with epidemic prevention and control tips for each dormitory.
Liu Yajing, an undergraduate of grade 2018, said, "The college has put a lot of thought into the prevention and control of the epidemic, making posters, issuing reminders through online and offline means, and conducting one-on-one screening and data collection by counselors. Fighting the epidemic is a hard battle, and each of us should do what we can to raise awareness of the epidemic prevention and control, comply with the epidemic prevention and control regulations, and carefully do our personal protection to protect everyone's health and safety."
