（Correspondent Jin Xinli and Xu Henghong; Photographer Cao Yu) On March 3, the Student Affairs Department of Party Committee convened departmental work meeting for the new term at the conference room on the ground floor of the administration building. The deputy secretary of School Communist Party of China as well as the minister of Student Affairs Department of Party Committee, Chen Diming and all members of the department attended the meeting.
The vice-president of Student Affairs Department of Party Committee reported the ration conditions in the department. The department carried out inter-department ration communications according to the general ration plan made by school. It designed workplaces scientifically, aroused team vigor and finished the rational work successfully. He introduced the key points of the school work in 2022 detailedly, they had to focus on the students, put“education with warmth” into effect, be guided by the work of Party construction and ideological and political education, stress on team construction, turn intelligent student affairs into platform and attach great importance to employment and mental work to promote the new high-quality development of ideological and political education. He implemented concrete methods of “education with warmth” from three aspects which were “stick to the bottom line of safety and stabilization to create warm and harmonious education environment” “make sure that people’s lives could be improved to establish education pattern which was as warm as spring” “empower teachers and students for their full potential to build education brand which was as gentle as rain” and eleven sections.
Ultimately, the deputy secretary of School Communist Party of China, Chen Diming made a summary speech. He pointed out that “education with warmth” was just the education of “love”, which focused on students, concerned and loved them from a couple of aspects, enriched their inward worlds, strengthen their personalities and made their lives outstanding. Then, he emphasized on the team construction of the instructors, employment, ideological as well as political education, intelligent student affairs and some other important tasks in 2022 further. After that, he came up with three requirements on the department construction: firstly, pay great attention to personal development to improve the comprehensive quality constantly and experience, enhance and dedicate during work; secondly, take serious measures to fulfill employment objectives, have well-directed directions and goals and be immersed in work to go ahead steadily and surly,in the meantime, unleash the power persistently; thirdly, focus on the work style construction of the department to be loyal, honest and responsible, do environment construction, job specification, unity cooperation, honest and upright construction work well, think and exert strength together to accelerate the new high-quality of student affairs.
After the meeting, all the offices and workplaces of the Student Affairs Department of Party Committee went into action. They said one after another that they would begin with themselves and start from now, make plan carefully, push forward the progress of the work practically to fight for the good beginning and starting of the students affairs in this year.
