On the afternoon of March 21, the Law School of CCNU convened all its instructors to carry out the work of evaluation of their reports on work in 2021. The engaged people were Yang Chen, secretary of the Communist Party committee, Wan Zong, deputy secretary of the Communist Party committee, Guo Bing, deputy office organizer and all instructors at their post of the Law School. The meeting was hosted by Wang Zong.
Every instructor comprehensively carded and summarized their work in 2021 from ideological and political education, the Party, League and class construction, the academic instruction,daily affairs management,mental health education and consultation, online ideological and political education, crisis response, career planning and employment guidance and other work in their respective charge, etc. Not only did they show their achievements in work and share their feelings about work, but also analysed their shortages in work and carried out concrete improvement measures. Every instructor fully showed features and highlights of their work, such as various forms of activities of the Communist Youth League Committee and the Student Union, organized and normative dormitory management, timely and efficient scholarships and grants, socialist-minded and professional activities of the Party construction, carrying out employment work smoothly and orderly, professional guidance of psychological work, civilized cultivation and hard work, etc.
In the section of assessment, Yang Chen, Wan Zong and Guo Bing gave sufficient recognitions to every instructor’s conscientiousness in the performance of their duties, comprehensive summary and wonderful display. Then they put forward concrete suggestions on their work like further improving students’ work level of the Party construction. While giving the speech of summary, Yang Chen gifted instructors four words, which were “learning, doing, speaking and thinking”. He hoped all instructors would strengthen their study, devote themselves to work practice, actively summarize and display, improve themselves in summary and reflection, form a virtuous circle and constantly improve the level of students' work.
This meeting of evaluation of instructors’ reports on work was an important method to summarize achievements, analyze problems, identify countermeasures and strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education. It enhanced the communication of work, promoted mutual learning and clarified the direction to work hard. The Law School of CCNU would continue enhancing the building of the team of ideological and political education, put “Warm Education” into effects and constantly improve the level and effectiveness of ideological and political education.
