To prepare for the start of the school year and summarize the results of summer practice, at 20:00 on August 5, the School of Fine Arts held the undergraduate grade conference and summer debriefing meeting for the Class of 2021 in the form of Tencent meeting. The conference mainly included safety education, leave system, preparation of merit evaluation materials, and summer debriefing meeting. The regular meeting was hosted by the counselors of the 2021 grade of the School of Fine Arts, Luo Chun and Xu Yuemei, and all undergraduate students of the 2021 grade of the School of Fine Arts attended the meeting together.
At the beginning of the meeting, Luo Chun, the 21st-grade counselor of the School of Fine Arts, emphasized the importance of safety education from the aspects of epidemic prevention and control, fraud prevention, drowning prevention, and traffic safety. Let the students raise awareness of safety precautions and create a safe and beautiful college life.
At the same time, in order to thoroughly implement the general requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "firm confidence, together, scientific prevention and precise measures", and to implement the epidemic prevention and control work in detail, the conference re-standardized the leave system during the epidemic prevention and control of the School of Fine Arts 2021, in order to effectively protect the health of all students and teachers of the College of Fine Arts 2021.
The conference also explained the rules for the preparation of merit evaluation materials to ensure that the merit evaluation is fair and open.
Afterward, the class held a summer debriefing meeting where students shared their summer experiences. Li Yongcheng said, "As a student of Yun Daeying Elite Academy, I went to Yichang Xujiachong in Hubei Province for the summer social practice and embarked on a series of red research trips, which was very meaningful. Xu Jiayi, who worked as a community volunteer during the summer, Li Jiejunyi, who focused on painting, Mao Jingyi, who went back to work part-time in the studio, Ya Yunlong, who read literature, Chen Peiying, who learned to drive, Chen Xi, Liu Jia, Zhang Yudong, Wang Teng, Jike Wuda and Wang Xin, who participated in the "Thousands of Students Painting Thousands of Villages - Artistic Heart and Soul" summer social practice team, and Jia Xinya and Duo Jia, who traveled. Students shared their reports one by one.
Finally, Ms. Luo Chun and Ms. Xu Yuemei summarized the summer practice life all of them and wished the undergraduates of the 21st grade could set foot on a new journey, start a new struggle and achieve new results in their sophomore year!
