The Voice of CCNU For stimulating our passion of going outside as well as enhancing the communication between students and teachers, on after noon of May 20th, the professors of School of Public Administration and the undergraduates of 2019 organized an outdoor training of quality titled “Improve Communication Hand in Hand, Realize Dreams Shoulder to Shoulder”on the playground of the Nanhu.
With the warmth of the May 20th (which pronounces similarly to “I love you”in Chinese), which caressed everyone’s heart, all the participants made 6 teams, whose names were “Red Flag”“Forge Ahead”“Nanhu Ask For A Failure”“We Love You”“Everything Goes Smoothly”after the warm up in random, then the team members came up with slogans and their own red team songs, showed their vitality, in the meantime, designed the spirit symbols. Afterwards, with the guidance of the instructors, the competition started, including parts like “Share heart-to-heart”“Hoop Rolling”“Strive Till the End” “Unbind the Bracelets”. During this process, the teacher and students encouraged each other, made decisions collaboratively, actively communicated, in order to accomplish the tasks in the games. The atmosphere of the event was fairly animated, the bursts of laughter kept floating out, the cooperation of the team members became more and more tacit, simultaneously, the friendships between teachers and students were strengthened in the joy of sports.
At the end of this event, the secretary of the party committee of the School of Public Administration Jie Hui gave a summary lecture. He pointed out that this activity has built the bridge as well as the bond of the communication between the professors and students, has deepened the cultural circumstance of respect, care, equality and companionship. He motivated us to remain the spirit of daring to struggle, at meantime, bring it in our daily life as well as study, for the purpose of a better construction of our school.
This activity adopted the form of the collaboration of the teachers and students, which not only raised the cooperative awareness, narrowed the emotional gap between them, but also took full advantage of the participation of the professors, instructors and administration staffs as well as their integration in the process of the talent cultivation, at the same time, leaved an academic atmosphere of “education with warmth”.
