On the afternoon of May 26, the DIY lipstick production activity of the "enjoy time and be happy", the political work cadres' experiential art healing workshop was successfully held in the conference room H705 of Shaw chemical building. This activity was hosted by the Student Work Department of the Party committee of Central China Normal University and the mental health education center, and organized by the red pomegranate one soul post station and the red pomegranate ingenuity studio of the college of chemistry. It aimed to better protect the physical and mental health of political cadres, strengthen communication between political cadres, enhance team cohesion, improve the happiness index of political cadres, and convey the discipline concept of "chemistry, make life better" to all political cadres to let participants relax in the experience and feel the magical chemical charm. A total of 15 teachers from 10 units participated in this activity, which was hosted by Chen Yuxi.
At the beginning of the activity, Tian Demei, the teacher in charge of the basic experiment of the college of chemistry, explained the production methods and steps of DIY lipstick, and demonstrated the operation difficulties on site. To ensure the safety of the activity, all personnel participating in the activity should wear experimental clothes and latex gloves. This activity adopted the group cooperation mode, and a group of 2-3 teachers is formed.
First, participants chose their favorite mouth red powder, poured it into sweet almond oil and stirred it evenly, then added white beeswax and small tree wax in turn, heated and stirred it, and finally added VE1 and essence and poured it into the mold to cool and set it.
To ensure that every participant could make their favorite lipstick, student volunteers were arranged on site to explain, guide and help the teachers in time.
When waiting for the lipstick to be finalized, the teachers exchanged their feelings of participating in this activity while learning to fold the lipstick packaging box. The atmosphere was very warm and harmonious. Some people lamented the delicacy of using instruments in the operation process, others lamented the delicacy of lipstick production process and operation, but most of them thought that they felt the relaxation and decompression after work in this activity, and more truly understood the beauty and fun of chemistry in life, and realized the disciplinary connotation of "chemistry, make life better".
After the lipstick was finalized, everyone carefully completed the most critical step ——demolding, successfully put the lipstick into the red tube, and a satisfied lipstick was completed. After choosing potted plants and gift bags, each teacher took a group photo with his own lipstick. At this point, the DIY lipstick production activity of the "enjoy time, be happy", the political work cadres' experiential art healing workshop was successfully completed.
