On the afternoon of March 30th, 2022, Deputy Minister of the Office of Student Affairs of the School Party Committee Lang Dongpeng along with his colleagues came to our faculty to investigate the Learning Development Center as well as innovation and entrepreneurship, professional discipline competition together with other related matters and put forward work proposals. Secretary of the Faculty Party Committee Fu Yizhao and counselor representatives attended the research symposium. Deputy Secretary of the Faculty Party Committee Liu Qian presided the conference.
At the beginning of the meeting, instructor Tang Yijia gave a detailed report on the general situation of Yixin Learning Development Center of our school. The center closely focuses on the fundamental tasks of establishing moral values and cultivating talents, which aims at the needs of students’learning as well as development, regards “concentrating on academic improvement, cultivating extraordinary art students” as the principle, moreover, constructs a new pattern of “Five in One” academic guidance work, including resource guarantee, growth empowerment, education quality improvement, creation actuation and integration development, whose achievements have emerged to some extent.
Subsequently, Secretary of the Faculty Party Committee Fu Yizhao expressed his warm welcome to the arrival of the leaders of the Office of Student Affairs, then he conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to the Office of Student Affairs for their long-term care, guidance and support to the faculty. In addition, he made a statement on the direction of career education of the faculty as well as development of the innovation and entrepreneurships with the problems encountered in them. Deputy Minister Lang Dongpeng affirmed the work effectiveness and featured highlights of the School of Fine Arts, additionally, he came up with specific advice on several works such as top-level design, nurturing of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, training of teacher groups, cultivation of high-quality work items and further mobilization of teachers and students’ initiative.
This research promoted the exchange and understanding of the faculty on career education with the innovation and entrepreneurship work, etcetera. Also, the school will further combine the reality of itself to carry out a series of innovative and substantial work, continuously refine, enhance the publicity, quantify the display, forge a brand, in the meanwhile, boost career education, dual-innovation education and practice throughout the whole process of talents cultivation.
