The Voice of CCNU At 14:30 on March 24, the first phase instructor salon in 2022 whose theme was “Five Things Had to Be Talked with the Graduates” was held in room 403 of Undergraduates Activity Center. This salon was hosted by the deputy director general of the Student Affairs Department of Party Committee, Li Xianling. At the meeting, the deputy secretary of Communist Party of China of School of Information and Communication, Cheng Xiuli, the instructor of undergraduates of School of Education, Wang Shiwei and the instructor of postgraduates of School of Foreign Languages, Li Jindu made thematic speeches. All the instructors of the undergraduate and postgraduate terminal classes attended the meeting.

The deputy secretary of Communist Party of China of School of Information and Communication, Cheng Xiuli, talked about the meanings and ways of implementing “Five Matters Should Be Talked” work with the title of Discussion about Meanings and Ways of Five Matters Should Be Talked Work. As far as she was concerned, “Five Matters Should Be Talked” work was connected with the safety and stabilization of school, employment, professional development and alumni work, which was not only a significant chance to strengthen mental education but also a important channel to do practical things for the students. They had to discipline their work with “total, pertinence, stage, methodology and pragmaticality”, strive for obtaining leading attention actively, distinguish interlocutor separately, master talking skills in depth, pay great attention to protect privacy of the students and do follow-up service constantly to put “Five Matters Should Be Talked” work into effect roundly.

The instructor of postgraduates of School of Foreign Languages, Li Jindu, communicated with the attendees with the theme of “Five Matters Should Be Talked”— Not Only Necessary, but Also Indispensable. Firstly, he talked about his understandings of significance of “Five Matters Should Be Talked” work and introduced the management education brand project—“Languages Thoughts, created by the school postgraduates as well as their experience of fulfilling the “Five Matters Should Be Talked” work with exerting the mentors strength adequately. After that, he analyzed the characteristics of the “Five Matters Should Be Talked” of the postgraduates and the difficulties they met, in the meantime, he came up with that they should start with “collecting information, addressing the real problem, grasping the characteristics, feeling the emotions of the students” and other aspects to do well in the “Five Matters Should Be Talked” work of the graduates preparedly, selectively, methodically and reliably.
